I just want to say that I wish so many other companies followed your philosophy of a sincere focus on service and less a focus on marketing. Your idea of being able to ship overnight, 24 hr customer service, around the clock warehouse, free return shipping mean so much more to all of us than a fancy website, or a funny commercial!
